Chamesha Sarathchandra is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Integrity Agency and a dynamic leader with over four years of experience in the health and community services sector. She began her journey as a Personal Care Assistant, supporting high needs and complex clients, where her natural empathy, critical thinking, and leadership abilities quickly stood out. With a strong academic background holding a bachelor’s and master’s degree in criminology, as well as Diplomas in Business Management, Computer Systems Design, and a Certificate III in Individual Support Chamesha brings both frontline insight and strategic oversight to her role. For the past three years, she has led Care Integrity Agency with a focus on operational excellence, staff development, and participant centered outcomes. Known for her cultural awareness, integrity, and results-driven mindset, Chamesha is committed to building a workforce that empowers clients to live independently, with dignity and respect, across aged care, NDIS, and community settings.
With a strong foundation in administration, leadership, and operational management, I bring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to financial coordination and strategic oversight. I have developed key skills in organization, communication, and relationship-building, which enable me to effectively manage teams, streamline processes, and support cohesive workplace environments. My background includes high academic achievement and formal training, including a Certificate III in Hospitality and ongoing tertiary studies in Psychological Science and Criminology, which have sharpened my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. I am committed to continuous professional development and aim to pursue postgraduate qualifications to further strengthen my expertise and contributions within the financial sector.
